El Negro no Megacine. Responsible for the deaths of a former carabineros colonel and Senator Jaime Guzmán, Ricardo Palma was serving his life sentence until 1996 when he escaped from the country's maximum security prison, becoming Chile's most wanted fugitive for more than 20 years, until February 2018 when Interpol agents arrested him in Paris.
