القبطان no Megacine. After the defeat of 1948, Mansour Dahshoury, nicknamed the Captain, gets known for his special incomprehensible abilities and magic with women. He wanders around Port Said and repeats the news from the war. The commandant tries to arrest him but he escapes every time.
